    Description

    NEW IN THE BOX
The year was 1952. The average house cost ,050. A gallon of gas was 20 cents. And Bear Archery introduced their 1952 Kodiak Static Tip Recurve Bow!
There are a lot of reasons to long for the "good old days." And the Bear Static K-4 is at the top of the list! Based on that classic 1952 design, the Static K-4 features a slim longbow profile with recurve static tips that hold their shape as you draw. A static tip can really shoot an arrow with authority, and are quieter than a standard recurve limb tip.
For style and smoothness, this bow can't be beat. Features hand-shaped brush nocks and tips, a satin finish, as well as near center-shot design.
    Riser:
Radiused, cut-before-center shelf. Solid Bubinga and capped with Bolivian Rosewood. Includes a retro style leather arrow rest and plate that will remind you of classic 1950s Bear Archery bows. A leather grip is installed (not shown).
    Limbs:
Maple core with caramel colored fiberglass on the belly, and backed with brown fiberglass. Tips are backed with black and white fiberglass with a Maple accent. Brush nocks are made from layered Maple and Bubinga.
    String:
Flemish twist Dacron bow string. Not recommend to use string material other than Dacron.
