This is a Debbee Flip Fold portable telescoping organizer for crafts or garments.  It has four 360 degree spinner wheels and can hold up to 30 lbs of items.  If you saw them on HSN, then you know how expensive they are.  Any questions, please feel free to email me.
Shipping:
Due to eBay's new managed payments system, items will be shipped within 5 days.  I know shipping costs on this are showing as astronomical --- I double checked to make sure they were accurate and, unfortunately, they are.  I am working to figure out other alternatives because HOLY COW!!  Location does play a HUGE part in shipping costs :-(

If your package shows as delivered, it is up to you to contact the Post Office if you did not receive it.
I do not accept returns unless the wrong item was shipped to you, so please read all information carefully before purchasing. That being said, on very rare occasions things do happen that warrant discussion.  Pictures of the shipping box and item are required for any problems!!
