To receive a combined shipping rate on multiple items, simply add all items to the eBay shopping cart. Upon checkout, you will receive a combined rate on purchases from each seller.
Free ground shipping applies to lower 48 contiguous states only. Most orders or more consisting of 2 or more items qualify for our free ground shipping offer. Some oversized items are excluded from this program.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outlying areas will ship via USPS and incur an extra charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote to these destinations.

To receive a combined shipping rate on multiple items, proceed to checkout only after the final listing is purchased. A single shipping rate will calculate automatically upon checkout. International delivery is offered in the form of USPS 1st Class economy (2-5 weeks delivery/limited tracking), USPS Priority Mail (1-2 weeks delivery w/ tracking) and USPS Express Mail delivery (4-5 business days w/ tracking). Please note that actual delivery time does vary by location.
All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not calculated in the shipping price, unless otherwise noted. Packages will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.
Oils/chemicals and lithium ion batteries cannot be shipped internationally.

LRG stands behind all products we sell. In the event of product failure or defect, products are limited to the manufacturer warranty. Some products will require warranty direct through the manufacturer, in which case we will provide assistance in facilitating the return.

Prior to returning a product, please contact us by phone or by email to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns must be authorized within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in new/unused condition, including all manufacturer packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case where we have shipped you the wrong item. Returns not in original condition or without original manufacturer packing will be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.
